All orders recieved before 2.30pm will be delivered next working day between 09:00 and 16:30. (some Scotland and Northern Ireland postcodes will be on a two day service) We use APC overnight for UK delivery - www.apc-overnight.com

    Refunds

    While every effort will be made to meet the customer's demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Acts of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond our control. If the product is returned in its EXACT original condition within 14 days, with any tags or stickers intact, then a full refund (minus carriage)or exchange will be provided. No refund or exchange will be given if the product has been tampered with, or has a tag or sticker that has been removed. We will refund or exchange if the item is defective. The unwanted products must be returned by recorded delivery first class to our warehouse address. As long as the products have not reached their destination, they remain your entire responsibility. In case of a defective product, the cost of returning the product will be refunded. Delivery Schedule
    Next (working) day delivery is standard for all stock items provided orders are received and processed prior to 2.30pm.

    Non stock or temporarily out of stock items will be back ordered for you. You will be notified by e-mail of expected delivery date and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


    Returns policy
    We will gladly replace any goods returned to us which are found to faulty. We do however have a restocking charge for returned goods that are incorrectly ordered or surplus to requirements. Surplus goods (complete heating kits only) or incorrectly ordered goods must be returned complete to within 14 days to qualify for refund.

    Restocking charge covers cost of electrical safety testing, packing and administration required prior to resale of goods. Current charge is £12.95 + associated carriage at cost. Errors or ommisions must be reported within seven days of delivery.
